Materials Packages
Materials packages that we provide are invariably "custom" to some degree. Although we can supply any of the materials shown, customers usually elect to purchase many of the items from local sources directly themselves, or through the general contractor. The 'Basic Log Shell Package' represents basic items typically included in a materials package, however, items can be added or deleted as desired with the minimal requirement being the purchase of logs and posts. A 'Complete Materials Package' reflects all the items typically needed to get a structure erected to a dried-in state above the foundation. It is often used as a guideline for costs to expect in pre-plan estimating even though some of the items may not ultimately be purchased from us.
